Monarch Plus this is a professional polyester film (Melinex®) welder, designed for making glue-free protective sleeves, envelopes, pockets and document encapsulation. The device enables fast and permanent welding of polyester film sheets, ensuring safe protection for valuable archival, library and museum materials.
The linear sealing technology used in the Monarch Plus model creates an exceptionally strong and durable joint, exceeding the strength of many other film sealing methods. Making a single seal takes just 3–5 seconds, which allows for the efficient production of even a larger number of dust jackets and envelopes.
The device is equipped with a convenient single-hand clamp, a positioning grid to facilitate precise material alignment and adjustable welding time, allowing the operating parameters to be adjusted for films of varying thickness.
For over 25 years, Monarch Plus has been recognised as one of the most respected standards in polyester film welding.
