§1. General Provisions
The online shop CartaPro.pl operates at www.cartapro.pl and is run by: CartaPro Sp. z o.o., with the company's registered address at ul. Stolarska 21/12, 43-190 Mikołów, and office headquarters at ul. Bednorza 2a–6, building A1, 40-384 Katowice, NIP: 9542762567, REGON: 363717277, e-mail: info@cartapro.pl, tel. 518 355 885.
The regulations set out the terms and conditions for using the store, including placing orders, order fulfilment, payment, delivery, complaints, and personal data protection.
The customer is obliged to use the shop in accordance with applicable law, principles of social coexistence, and these terms and conditions.

§2. Definitions
Seller – CartaPro Sp. z o.o.
Shop – online shop available at www.cartapro.pl.
Client – a natural person, legal entity or organisational unit placing an order.
Consumer – a natural person making a purchase not directly related to their business activities.
Goods – products offered in the shop (tangible and digital).
Sales Agreement – an agreement concluded between the Seller and the Customer.

§3. Prices and Payments
All prices are quoted in PLN, inclusive of VAT at a rate of 23%.
The Price policy applies to the goods at the time the order is placed.
Payment methods: PayU, BLIK, traditional bank transfer, invoice with payment terms (for institutions).

§4. Delivery
Deliveries are made within Poland and selected EU countries.
Delivery methods: DPD courier, InPost courier, personal collection.
Delivery time: 1–7 working days.
Due to the specific nature of the market and the goods offered, some shipments must be calculated individually.

§5. Withdrawal from the contract
The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receipt of the goods.
Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the declaration.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content, custom-made products, or opened chemicals.

§6. Complaints
The seller is responsible for the conformity of the goods with the contract in accordance with consumer rights legislation.
Complaints should be submitted to info@cartapro.pl or in writing.
The seller considers the complaint within 14 days.
The basis for considering a complaint is to perform a specific action when receiving a package from the courier – to thoroughly check the parcel and its contents, and if necessary, to draw up a report with the courier.

§7. Personal Data and Privacy Policy
The data controller is CartaPro Sp. z o.o.
Data is processed in accordance with GDPR for the purpose of order fulfilment and customer contact.
The client has the right to access, rectify, erase data, and withdraw consent.

§8. Final Provisions
In matters not covered herein, the provisions of Polish law shall apply.
Disputes with Consumers are settled by the competent common courts.
The seller reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions by publishing a new version on the shop's website.
