Bookkeeper is a deacidification process that safely neutralises acids and extends the lifespan of paper at least 3–5 times compared to untreated material. The preparation uses patented technology that is applied in the esteemed Bookkeeper mass deacidification process.
The product is ideally suited for the protection of individual sheets or entire collections, including manuscripts, documents, clippings, maps, posters, newspapers, and other paper materials stored in libraries and archives. Tests conducted by leading laboratories have confirmed the safety and efficacy of the Bookkeeper process.
