Pregnant XS This is a compact, handheld foil stamping press designed for single titles and name stamping. The book cover (or any other product suitable for stamping) is placed vertically in the machine, allowing the entire stamping process to be observed at all times, and corrected or repeated if necessary. This avoids costly stamping errors.
Good visibility of the machined product makes the device also perfectly suited for other unit jobs, such as gilding or embossing ornaments. The quick changeover of fonts, ease of use, and high precision of the machine enable high-quality results.

The title characters intended for embossing are first placed in the font holder using tweezers.
The holder is then mounted in the machine and heated using a thermostat.
In the next step, the product support beam is set at the appropriate height and the product to be pressed is placed on it.
The pumping depth can be adjusted if necessary.
The process itself is carried out by applying the film to the product and quickly, decisively pressing the manual lever.
PräGnant XS is a unique stamping press. On the one hand, it stands out compact dimensions, which allow for easy transport (e.g. on an optional trolley). On the other hand, it offers many possibilities for individual settings – you can adjust the inclination of the pressing table, the pressing depth and the temperature using an external thermostat.
Particular attention should be paid to the possibility precise regulation of pressing force using a lever, This allows for aesthetic marking of various materials. As imprints with different texts are often made, the imprinting lines can be quickly replaced. The machine also allows for imprinting both individual characters, as well as entire arrays.
When designing the PräGnant device, the fact that pre-made products are often personalised and that incorrect stamping can incur high costs was taken into account. Therefore, it was optimised Visibility and access to the extruded product, which allows the stamping to be re-executed – with a different temperature or greater pressure – without the need to move the product.
