High-quality archival envelopes for storing photographic materials
Premium archival envelopes are designed for the safe storage of photographic prints, negatives, microfilms, and glass plates. They are made from acid-free, ageing-resistant photographic paper, and the opening is on the longer side of the envelope.
They are available in buffered or non-buffered versions, and in white or natural white.
The adhesive is located on the outside of the envelope, ensuring that its interior remains smooth and safe for stored items. The contents do not come into contact with the adhesive layer, eliminating the risk of chafing or mechanical damage caused by the paper edges inside the envelope.
The paper and adhesive meet the requirements of the Photographic Activity Test (PAT) according to ISO 18916, confirming their full suitability for professional archiving in museums, archives, and libraries.
