Lineco archival mounting strips allow for secure, hinge-free mounting of artwork to mats. They are made from acid-free paper and conservation-grade polyester, and their rear part has a layer self-adhesive, which ensures quick and clean assembly.
To mount a photograph or artwork, simply position it correctly and attach the strips to the mount. Importantly — The glue never touches the job itself. The object is gently „supported” by chemically inert polyester, which guarantees full safety and the possibility of subsequent, traceless dismantling.
The stripes can trim to any length, which makes them suitable for various formats and applications. Ideal for mounting photographs, graphics, drawings, documents, and other materials requiring archival protection.
Once it has been attached, the work is immediately ready for framing.
