Discover eco-friendly protective book covers filmolux® libre organic, made from over 50% of Bio-PE. Bio-polyethylene is derived from renewable sources and thus sequesters CO₂ from the atmosphere. Green bio-polyethylene helps to reduce greenhouse gas emissions compared with traditional polyethylene, which is produced from fossil fuels. It also has the same functional and performance properties as petrochemical polyethylene. Polyethylene (PE) is a 100% thermoplastic that is suitable for recycling and, when incinerated, breaks down completely into CO₂ (carbon dioxide) and H₂O (water).

PE films do not contain plasticisers or heavy metals. They are physiologically harmless.

filmolux® libre organic It complies with REACH, and is therefore free from APEO and BPA. Furthermore, both the adhesive used and the film are free from plasticisers. The new protective book film is easy to apply thanks to its reduced initial tack. Minor mistakes during application can be easily corrected on smooth surfaces. The grid printed on the silicone paper also makes it easy to cut to the correct size.
